Deployed a couple of Cisco C3560CX switch via APIC-EM PnP recently those switches status became 'unclaimed' after upgrade APIC-EM from 1.3.2.37 to 1.4.3.1009. The event of one of the switch is mentioned below:

It looks like the device status in the DB was somehow reset during the upgrade of APIC-EM.Would think if you can just delete it and do a regular discovery to manage it.
Unfortunately still got same issue after rediscovery. Please check history info from one of the equipment.

They all got the configuration that was pushed from APIC-EM 1.3 and worked very well.
They are still online and doing their job, but APIC-EM 1.4 keep saying they are unclaimed âş
The database is corrupt, for whatever reason, lost that it was already provisioned, and since it is already provisioned, it is not going through the process that it normally would. Is there any issue with just deleting it from the PnP project. At least that way you won't have to stare at it saying Unclaimed.
The problem is that it will come back after second every time when I deleted them from PnP project.
The database is corrupt, after upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4 as well. will do a reset grapevine to fix it, but that can be super annoying. Open a TAC Case..
Try to "ignore" the device in the unclaimed list
