APIC-EM 1.3.0 EasyQoS SPP profiles

Not having any success getting APIC-EM to recognize a service provider link to apply an SP Profile in Easy QoS. Using #WAN#34M#SPP3# in the description line (for example) and have tried this on several types of layer 3 switches such as 3750x, 3850, 4500x, Nexus 5k, and 6500.
APIC is successfully inventorying all of these devices.We can successfully push our own policies in scopes we've created so we know communication to devices is working. layer 3 switches are used to terminate WAN links in smaller branches.

SPP are only supported on routers at present.
