ERROR_DURING_TRUSTPOINT_PROVISIONING

Trying to deploy IWAN using apic em (in lab environment). The hub site is deployed successfully. But when trying to deploy branch site, it gives me "ERROR_DURING_TRUSTPOINT_PROVISIONING" error.

Following config is being loaded in router (ISR4451-X/K9) when checked under PnP tab -

 username admin privilege 15 password 0 cisco

enable password cisco

 line vty 0 15

transport input ssh

transport output ssh

login local

exit

 ip domain name test.com

 snmp-server community public RO

snmp-server ifindex persist

 crypto ikev2 disconnect-revoked-peers

 end

This could happen if The security licenses were not enabled on the device. 

or try to Navigate to the Site Status page and click the Recovery icon. If Unable to revert configuration on devices. Please restore site manually before re-provisioning.
