If you are willing to use PowerShell with PowerTool for UCS I have a WWPN/WWNN collector tool posted on the communities site at: UCS WWPN Collector PowerShell Script
I hope this helps you!

Thanks Joe,
But I need to collect it from SNMP as my application can connect the device via CLI or snmp.
Any point of contact for SNMP related information
Thanks & Regards

Have you looked at: ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/ucs/ucs-manager-supportlist.html
Also, all the right people are on this community forum who would know about SNMP, but you could also contact TAC or your account or channels team
