API: Missing Audio types in History Service

Hello Cisco

Using the history Service API, I can see the following PSTN Audio types (I have changed the names a bit to clearfy what it is)

bridgeCountryTollCallIn

globalCallMeBack

bridgeCountryCallMeBack

bridgeCountryTollFreeCallIn

The following types are missing:

globalTollCallIn

globalTollFreeCallIn

This means, that the PSTN Audio portion isn´t complete and we cannot provide a proper reporting to our customers.

Could you please add the two types to the API as well?
