integrate Training Center with LMS Desire 2 Learn

I have a customer located in Ecuador that wants to integrate this LMS D2L with Training center. Unfortunately the information that they got is that integration can be done but only in Meeting Center

Do you have information that could help us to accomplish this integration through API´s?

It would be up to the 3rd party tool, LMS D2L to integrate with meeting center through the API's, it seems they have only integrated with training center.
