we have been trying to integrate D2L with training center but at this moment was only possible to do it into Meeting Center not Training

Hello,
D2L should have an existing Training Center integration, you should contact the product vendor for more information. If this is not available, you may be able to build it yourself if D2L supports customer development (this is possible on the WebEx side).
