domain for NBR Web Service

I was trying Meeting Center on apidemoeu, but i can't record meeting on server while Training Center can, is that feature will be enabled on premium account? or can i enable it by XML API?

How to get [data center specific domain] for NBR Web service?  is there a Sanbox for that?

When buying Webex account, is data center for NBR included?

     apidemoeu.webex.com is purposely limited because it is intended to demo the WebEx meeting service APIs, and not for actual meeting usage. A member of the sales team can describe available features based on the account level you wish to subscribe to.

i just bought a webex account, in the list features i have NBR

i need to manage my recording meeting by Web Service

my question: what is my data center specific domain in this web service based on http://[data center specific domain]/nbr/services/nbrXMLService

is that same with my subdomain webex (ex: sobhri.webex.com)?

     Please send an email to webex-meetings-api-dev@cisco.com asking for your NBR service URL. You will need to provide your actual WebEx URL to allow for lookup. The NBR service URL does use a different subdomain than your WebEx URL, it is not possible to infer one from the other.
