Register attendee for Training Center session with XML API's Meeting Attendee Service

Can the XML API's Meeting Attendee Service be used to remotely register attendees for Training Center sessions or is this only possible for Meeting Center?

CreateMeetingAttendee is supported in Training Center (as well as the other Centers). Please see the link below:
