How to share course wares between hosts?

In our training platform, for example, there are A, B, C, D four hosts in 4 meetings. We want to share coursewares of  host A, like slides or word documents to the other three hosts B, C, D. That is, when B, C, D starts the meeting, they can directly reference the course wares of host A.

     There is no API for presenting shared material. WebEx allows web sharing, in which you can display web content to attendees, you could look in to designing a web site with a live update feature that will be presented to all viewers of the site as host A interacts with it while other hosts also share the same web content in their own meetings.
