Reclaim presenter as host in a particular webex training session via API method ?

I have been working with Cisco webex XML API to create training sessions. So I need to know is there a way to reclaim a presenter as a host via API call(URL OR XML) for a particular webex training session?

     APIs will not allow you to modify an in progress meeting. Reclaiming host role can only be done manually from within the session.

Thanks very much Nathan for the reply. I would like to know is there a way to set as the host a user who does not have webex id or account already at the time of session creation ?

Hello,

     Host user must log in to start meeting, so host account is required. Host role can be manually passed to a non host attendee from within the session, but this cannot be automated, and must be done by a real host who actually logged in to start the meeting.
