We are having trouble finding a Cisco documented API for Connect/Messenger OrgAdmin. Supposedly it exists, but is not documented? Could anyone perhaps provide a pointer?
We have a major customer deploying Cloud Jabber, and they have a legal requirement to not log any IM’s, but the parameter to do that is only available in jabber-config.xml. If they have IM-only users, they must be assigned to a UC Cluster so that they know where to get jabber-config.xml. Unfortunately, to our knowledge you can’t pass the UC Cluster information in the SAML assertion attributes for SSO auto-account-create or -update.
The customer has stated they have anywhere between 150-300 new employees starting every week where this will have to be done manually. They are estimating 15+ hours per week and are needing to add headcount to cover, which is quite painful.
Anything we can do to help would be very well received. Is there an API or SSO method to set this information?
Apologies for the delay on this. There are no APIs that will do what the customer needs in this case.
