Can you please let me know how reliable is the data from “ConnectUserActivity” since I see some discrepancy in the report generated for my customer with >50000 users.
- In the report generated for the month of July2014, the highest number of IM’s from some users fall in the range of 20,000 to 32,000 per month. Its almost like 1000 IM’s per day which I believe isn’t natural. Can you please comment on this?
- Or does the numbers indicate the usage since the first time the users were registered into the Connect system?
Just want to make sure that these numbers are accurate and reliable.
The Connect User Activity Report displays details of activities that users of your Cisco WebEx Connect Organization have performed for a particular month. If we cross check that with the Connect Activity Report which displays the details of various activities in your Cisco WebEx Connect Organization for a particular month will it be possible to justify the results.
