Few questions on Orgadmin:
- Can Orgadmin only collect data from cloud (Webex Messenger XMPP) or can we configure it to collect data from Cisco IM/P on prem.
- Can we deploy Orgadmin at our customers datacenter to talk to Cisco IM/P servers to pull IM reporting data?
- What mechanism Orgadmin uses to talk to WebEx Messenger server: is it relying on things like Compliance server or is it collecting perfmon counters or anything else.
Use the Cisco WebEx Administration Tool to provision users with instant messaging and presence
capabilities in cloud-based deployments. You can also configure settings for the Cisco WebEx Messenger service such as XMPP federation and instant message logging and archiving.
