Enable/ Disable HD video when scheduling meeting

Hi,

I want to disable High Definition video in a meeting, but I couldn't find a tag representing that. However when I set the tag for High Quality video (<HQvideo>) to false, the HD video check box in my WebEx site is disabled, but however ticked. Is there any option for that?

Administrators can choose to disable the HQ/HD mode and limit the video to 180p resolution. Refer to Figure 5 for the "Turn on high-quality video" or "Turn on high-definition video" checkboxes. This setting is a site wide setting that affects all users. Please refer to the site administrator's guide for more details.
