Proxy login for multiple users on 1 WebEx account

Hi,

Is it possible to have a WebEx account to which multiple users can log in using their own unique credentials? My team is operating as a training hub using WebEx events, and we would like to schedule all sessions from one account that everyone is the team can access in case some materials are needed ad hoc (e.g. recording, attendance report etc).

Hi Frederik,

You can have individuals scheduling on your behalf and also designate an alternate host; however, a host account is meant to be tied to a single user.  You can obviously create a generic account and have everyone use that but it may run into simultaneous usage/meeting restrictions depending on your contract.  It would be best to speak with your account manager or WebEx Technical Support for more information on these features as it's related to the base WebEx services rather than WebEx APIs.
