Cisco 78xx - Icons of CiscoIPPhoneIconFileMenu don't get displayed

Hi,

i was just playing around with some IPPhone services on the new 78xx devices. When I tried to open an IconFileMenu with a PNG icon beside an menu entry, only a number and no icon gets displayed. This should work according to the compability matrix in the IPPS application development notes. Are there any known issues?

A few things to check:

- Phones are running latest firmware versions

- The icon specified is 18x18 pixels

- Icon indexes start and 0 and increment sequentially

Some details on working vs. non-working configurations may be helpful:

- Working vs. non-working models and/or firmware versions

- Network packet captures (i.e. Wireshark) for working vs. non-working scenarios
