We are using Cisco Remote Expert Mobile Advance SDK for IOS and Android ( Remote Expert Mobile SDK for iOS 126.96.36.19900-22 , Remote Expert Mobile SDK for Android 188.8.131.5200-22) video call is working well but we unable to using co-browsing with Advance SDK.
If using Expert Assist SDK for Android 184.108.40.20600-22 and Expert Assist SDK for iOS 220.127.116.1100-22 we able to do co-browsing during video call.
My question is:
Can we using Advance SDK for co-browsing during video call?
To backtrack a little to give you an overview of the history of REM.
The original REM experience (Expert Assist SDK) was sold as Voice, video and co-browse. Or an option to do co-browse only with your own voice and video system on the side.
The need for a more customized voice and video experience lead to the creation of Remote Expert Mobile Advance SDK. The Advance SDK only provides Voice and video capabilities.
However if you require the extra features available in Advance SDK for your voice and video needs you can always use Advance SDK in conjunction with co-browse only Expert Assist SDK.
