Remote expert Mobile Android failed to create call from UCListener::onSessionStarted() callback.

I've been trying to create an Android application with Remote Expert Mobile SDK, when I the app calls the startSupport() function I get this error:

I've followed the steps of the developer tutorials. Can anyone help me with this? thanks in advance

Looks like an issue getting the camera.

What version of the SDK are you using?

How many cameras does the device have?

Can you share the full logs?
