about REM agent SDK

We are facing some level of difficulties to build the customized agent desktop by using REM Web Agent SDK(nonGadget mode).

What we can find on DevNet is simply an SDK without much document,There is no explanation on the Agent SDK in the developers guide, only Consumer SDK-"http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/remote_expert_mobile/remote_expert_mobile_1061/program/guide/cisco-remote-expert-mobile-developer-1061.pdf".

If any resource available can brief the Web Agent SDK to us?Not development level, only focus on Web Agent SDK itself – Architecture, Logic etc. Whatever may help us to better understand Agent SDK.

Best can have agent sdk developer guide and sample code.

All that is currently available is the SDK Developer guide and the sample code, as you mention.

There's only client SDK mentioned in the guide, I can't find the agent SDK info there.
