At the moment, co-browsing is requested by the agent and if the customer accepts the request, co-broswing session starts. Is there a way to remove this capability from the agent and give to the customer? That is, the customer will trigger the co-browsing.

If you are using the startSupport call for Voice and video as well as co-browsing then the consumer has to initiate the session. However if you are using startSupport just for the co-browse then the agent could provide the CorrelationID and pass it in some way to the client to use.
