Hi team,
One of our customers' only requirement is to send customer information from the internet banking web site to contact centre agents. We can do this by using UUI field. It is working fine. While doing this, is it possible to exclude co-browsing session? I mean when a customer clicks the support button, there will only be a video call between the customer and the agent but there will not be a co-browsing session. Is this possible?

Hi Murat,
This is not possible with the Expert Assist as co-browse is always part of the mix.
However it will be possible in REM 11.5 as you will be able to use the REM Advanced CSDK to have complete control over a Voice and Video call.
