Co-browsing without controlling the consumer

Hi team,

During a co-browsing session, is there a way to let the agent see the consumer's screen without being able to control it?

Like in our Webex, after seeing the consumer's screen, is it possible to "ask control" before starting controlling?

This feature is not available in 10.6 and there are no plans currently to make it available in future releases.
