10.6.2 Firefox 42 and Chrome 47 browser support patch Don't Install

I use REM 10.6.2.10000-4.

But, This URL Patch is Not Install

Why?

Was the REAS running when you ran the patch? If not it should be.

If it was running please try running the patch again.

If it fails again please try changing the passwords back to the default and reapplying patch.
