BLF SD to External Trunk does not REFRESH SUBSCRIPTION

Hi All,

     I see an issue in Cisco subscribing to external resource,Here's the issue and the sets

1. BLF SD created as 11113001

2. Create Trunk "ExternalTrunk" with destination sipp server(192.68.1.1)

3. Route plan 1111XXXX is created and "ExternalTrunk" is assigned to it

4. Reboot Cisco phone

5. Subscribe with expires 10800 (3 hrs) is received on sipp server

6.Cisco never sends subscription refresh and subscription is removed from sipp server
