I faced an issue trying to report call statistics for busy calls. I noticed that (both on UCM 10.5 and 11.0) incoming calls to a busy DN are reported inthe CDR with following cause values:
- destCause_value =0
that is swapped respect to the expected values for busy calls: basing on the CDR admin document, origCause_value should be 0 and destCause_value should be 17.
This occurs both for internal calls (ip phone to ip phone) and external calls (coming from a VG or SIP Trunk).
Sounds like this could be a bug...have you observed that the values are 'correct' in previous UCM versions?
