CVP 10.5 Failing Installation in AWS EC2

I'm setting up a UCCE Lab in AWS EC2 and CVP is failing the install with the following error:

I have enabled SNMP in the Windows Add/Remove features, but I still get the error. 

Mind you that this is on Server 2008 DataCenter Edition R2. This is all that I have access to in AWS, otherwise I would be using Server 2008 Enterprise R2 sp1.

Please let me know if you any suggestions.

Have you enabled "WMI Windows Installer Provider" as well, as the error mentions?

Yes. Just found out that the issue is relater to trying to install on server 2008 r2 datacenter edition.

need to deploy server 2008 standard, but it doesn't look like amazon has a working instance avail.
