Copy file from One Machine to other via Java Class

I have java class which is used to transfer file from one machine to other machine. I have tested this file on the CVP server via cmd its work perfectly fine but when i used this in my VMXL application as a jac at class end. It's not able to transfer the file .

The R&D i have search out is that, CVP run java file through tomcat container so tomcat is not allowing to access the machine with in the network.

Can you please help to configure CVP tomcat which allow my jac to transfer file from one machine to other with in the network.
