Please help me to to pull Individual ASA report for the particular agent for a period of one month. We are using

I assume you are talking about UCCX 10.6 here. There is a report to give you ASA by CSQ - Contact Service Queue Activity Report.
For Individual Agents: We have CSQ Agent Summary Report that gives you Total Ring time and #Calls handled. You will need to create a custom report using this report to calculate the ASA per individual Agent from this report (ASA = Total Ring time/Calls handled)
