Dear Cisco Folks,
Would you share me some tips on how I can achieve this type of report. We already have an ACD and non ACD report in place but this covers everything. Now we have a requirement to specifically filter/report on outbound calls that are longer than 1 minute. How do I go about that? Any links you can share or a hint how I will develop a report, please.
I will appreciate any information you can share with me.

There is a discussion here about reporting on outbound calls. Duration,etc. This might be helpful...
I read them already. Unfortunately, we are not using campaigns. But thanks for sharing, though.
