Is there a way to add sound to the CUIC threshold. My customer would like to sound an alarm when call in the queues are greater than 3. Not sure how to add sound to sound to a threshold. If anyone done this, please let me know.
I've heard this come up before... as far as I know, there is no solution for this within CUIC reports.
One potential solution would be to write a custom web page that does a specific database lookup, and then plays a sound based on the results. You could then add this page to a Dashboard in CUIC.
