How to customize permalink in finesses gadget using Agend Id.

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie in cisco finesse. I have a problem and I need your helps! In order to make a finesse gadget to display agent's performance data such as talk time, not ready time...for each agent. I used live data to make the gadget but it does not work, so I use permalink. But I don't know how to customize the permalink to display information for each agent, using agent ID (get from finesse when a agent login). Any one can give me some advices please?

A  permalink is created in CUIC.  It has nothing to do with Finesse.  You can use the permalink in a url of an iframe in finesse.

Hopefully someone can assist you with the CUIC permalink that uses a specific agent id.
