I want to know how I can route the social contact from social miner to UCCE
is it the same like Task routing in this link : https://developer.cisco.com/site/task-routing/docs/apis/create-tasks/
what are the steps to do this requirement until the notification goes to an appropriate agent in UCCE

ok , I had already looked at these links but my question :
My target is to send instant message from social miner to UCCE through
notification to an appropriate agent .
So, I want to know is I should to use task routing of there is another
solution ?
If the task routing is the solution :
1) what is the task type to do instant message in task routing
