Customize Web Chat Design

Hi All,

I'm preparing the Social Miner(11) for Web Chat, I generated the chat code from UCCX(11), and I need to add somethings at the code.

I'm adding the new logo to our intranet web server, and update the code for chat as below, It’s working.

Please can any one provide me how can I change the [favicon] from the default one " Cisco" to our logo.

And if can I change the color of chat box, from black to blue.

Hi Ahmed,

Apologies for the delay in response.

Currently, SocialMiner does not provide any configuration to change the favicon from the default "Cisco" favicon to a custom one. I realize this is important to you, and I shall take this up with my product owner as an enhancement for future releases of SocialMiner.

Also, the customer chat window is provided by default from SocialMiner, and cannot be customized in look-and-feel as far as colors and layout etc.

However, for partners who prefer to build their own custom chat UIs that they want to present to their customers, all of the chat functionality from the public-side is available as RESTful APIs, which can be used to develop your own custom chat UIs.
