I tried to use REST API for Social Miner in UCCE 10.5. I need to create "server side" of communication. Customer side is ready (it is black box and I cannot change it).
If I logged in Finesse web client UI, I can chat between customer and Finesse.
But how can I handle communication between me (REST or anything else) and customer? Is it possible? I find only references for customer part.
So how can I set that agent is ready and is waiting for customer's chat? In API there is nothing like that.
You are correct. That functionality is not available from an API.
