Socialminer with multiple UCCX clusters

Hi,

We have a customer who have multiple disparate UCCX clusters with agents on each of them. They would like to add the chat capability to all 3 of them.

1. Is it possible to have 1 Socialminer connect to three different CCX clusters?

2. If 1. is possible, is there logic built into Socialminer to check the agent states in 3 of the CCX clusters and send chat messages to the agent in any of the three clusters?

Issue I am trying to solve is, customer has one website but three different global UCCX clusters. Depending on time of day, agents on the clusters will be online/offline and we need to be able to route chat messages from their company website to agents.

  One SocialMiner deployment can serve only one Unified CCX deployment (single node or High Availability deployment).
