SocialMiner standalone

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know if social miner can be deployed standalone? If yes, why do we need premium agent license to use the system?

Secondly, what functionalities/features will be covered in the standalone deployment? Like, will it provide only the social mining capabilities and chat/callback features will not be available? please correct if I'm wrong.

Lastly, how can I order it as a standalone product from ccw tool? As I can't see the license for it independently on CCW.

   Based on your post at - Re: Social Miner 9.0 compatible with UCCX 8.5?  When referred to the latest Cisco Customer Contact Solutions Ordering Guide section 8. Cisco SocialMiner its written that  SocialMiner is available for both Unified CCX and Unified CCE customers or as a standalone offer.
