Twitter account feeds not succsess

Hi all,

I have 2 twitter accounts, Old twitter feeds is inactive (not succsess) but the new account is success retrieve data. I've done reathorize correctly but why the status is still not active? what is wrong?

Sometimes the Old Account is active but it's unpredictable. Are there any limitations associated with the connection of twitter?

You can have only one Twitter account for each user on a   SocialMiner system.  Please refer Twitter Account Feed for related information.

I've deleted the other twitter account but the status on the old twitter account is not active. There are other suggestion for this issue?

Hi Darma,

  Request you to refer Caveats for Open,Resolved, and Closed Defects which could be causing the issue. Also make sure that NTP is synchronized to local time, if status is Unsynchronized authorization would not work.
