Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to get real time statistics for a PQ through CTI OS?
We have been testing a CTI OS based Java application in Monitor Mode.
I was hoping that, since there seems to be a link between Skill Groups and PQ's, we would be able to get statistics for my PQ through CTI OS anyway.
But our test application keeps showing zeros, while I'm certain we have calls in queue.
Can anyone with experience in CTI OS skill group stats confirm this?
Not sure what's PQ. But please check if you have enable Skill group statistics in CTIOS installation?
