Prime 3.0 API - Modify and Sync Devices

Need to change the management IP address of an existing device through the API and also trigger a device Sync. Trying to create a workflow for provisioning and this will require each device to be reconfigured during the process and then we will use a loop back address for management, but  cannot find an API method to do this, other than to delete and readd the devices.

Deleting and re-adding would be the only workflow. We don't currently support triggering a sync via the API.  We don't have a way to change the device IP either; the bulk Import operation can update credentials, but the IP address is the key we use to know which device to update.
