Retrieve Support Center chats using APIs

Is there a way to retrieve a Support Center session's chats using APIs?

Hello,

NBR API is capable of extracting chat data out of recorded sessions. You can find reference material for NBR API on the meeting service API developer portal (www.webexdeveloper.com). You would be looking at methods named getMeetingXml and getSCXml. When you are ready to test NBR API, you will want to contact webex-meetings-api-dev@cisco.com to request your NBR service URL, you will need to provide your WebEx site URL to obtain this value.
