How to auto launch a meeting and invite phones to join meeting?

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to Webex related development. We are trying to do some testing with our testing Webex site. What we need to do is pretty simple, launch a Webex with existing host account first. Then click the invite icon to invite phone numbers to join the meeting. Is there any tool to automate this process without a user invoking the Webex GUI? By the way, what kind of API Webex support for application to invoke that invite icon to invite the phone number? Any reference link would be helpful too.
