The multiVideo is not supported 110048

I had this error while creating training center, this is my enableOption

are there options that i should disable or enable, or i cannot create training with multiVideo in SANDBOX?

     Available options are site and/or account specific, so there is no general guideline for which options you should enable, or even make available to change. Most options have a documented default value and can be left out of the request entirely. Multi point video is a premium feature that will not be available on test sites.
