How can get the Polling & Survey information of webex session from webEx API ?

Hello,

     Survey information is not available via API. Polling results can be saved manually before closing the session, or retrieved within 90 days via NBR API for recorded sessions using getMeetingXml.

Is there any PDF document or reference guide available with example of Java integration ?

     NBR API reference material is at http://www.webexdeveloper.com under the Develop & Test menu, then NBR API. We don't have any SOAP based sample code, but it is easy to find online.
