After upgrading from WBS27 to WBS28, we are no longer able to Share & Start Audio Conference. All Share and Audio options are greyed out. Any ideas where we should start looking?

If you are scheduling via API, please provide your scheduling request. If you are scheduling via the WebEx site, your WebEx account manager can demonstrate available options and how to enable them when scheduling.
