Install certificate on Dx650

Hi All,

We have install the email client application on DX650 which requires certificate for the authentication. Require certificate pushed by Apps.

we installed the certificate. But when we launch the apps it shows the error message "Certificate is invalid or not accessible".

Has anyone faced this kind of issue earlier ? Please suggest on this.

Hi,

   Each Cisco DX650 requires a unique certificate for device authentication. Cisco DX650 devices include a manufacturing installed certificate (MIC), but for additional security, you can specify in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration that a certificate be installed by using the Certificate Authority Proxy Function (CAPF). Alternatively, you can install a Locally Significant Certificate (LSC) from the Enterprise security menu on the device.
