Loading images very slow on IPphone service

Dear All,

We developed XML service which requests service containing Image URL to load on the phone.

Images load successfully but with big delay.

Not all phones have the same problem, it happened for some phones however they are the same phone model.

when we reset the IP Phone, The problem disappears for about an hour, then it appears again.

Exact version of CUCM: 8.6.2.22900-9

Phone models and firmware version?

To support  advanced displays, a new XML object allows the use of color PNG images in addition to the grayscale CiscoIPPhoneImage objects. The CiscoIPPhoneImageFileobject behaves like the CiscoIPPhoneImage object, except for the image data. Instead of using the <Data> tag to embed the image data, the <URL> tag points to the PNG image file.

Cisco recommends that developers verify that their existing applications conform to the XML schema to avoid incompatibilities with any XML enhancements, particularly if you want to incorporate new URIs.
