Picture on hold

Hello,

It is possible to change picture, when agent is on hold ? It is the picture.

Hi Lukasz,

The image is defined in the video.hold.image.path config item in the /opt/cisco/<version>/CSDK/media_broker/proxy.properties file...

# Video hold image path - image must be in PNG format

video.hold.image.path=./resources/hold.png

You can provide your own png file and reference it from proxy.properties. See the Expert Assist Configuration—Audio and Video Hold Treatment section in the Installation and Configuration Guide for more information.
