Resolution of shared screen at Agent side

Hi,

If any description about the resolution of shared screen from mobile to agent desktop. It seemed web, IOS and android are very different resolution.  A document said about bandwidth usage 100~200k of screen share.  But I want to know if any more detail about different OS and different mobile device?

Is there a specific question, about a specific OS or device you would like to know?

Just need to know why shared screen of Android device more clear then iPad.  It seemed Android device only shared part of screen, and iPad show whole it's device screen.

If there are some details about the share screen method? Thus we can explain to customer about why such different.

In the 10.6 release of REM, the iOS screen has less resolution than Android devices. This is because of the how iOS scales images.

This has been fixed in the 11 version release. Please stay tuned for an announcement of the release date for version 11.
