Self view video for customer side

I try to make selfview display on customer side. Is that possible to have customer selfview on REM? If yes, is that specific to any device?

Would the customer initiate the self view? Or the agent?

There should be a small window the customer could initiate.

unfortunately, there is no way to show the consumer a self view. currently.
